By accessing or using SayShow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SayShow uses artificial intelligence to generate short drama videos. You understand that:

Reporting Violations. If you encounter content or a user that violates these Terms, you can report it directly in the app using the report/block option on any video or profile, or by contacting us at support@sayshow.tv. We review every report and may remove the reported content, hide it from the platform, or suspend accounts found to be in violation. Content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately, with violators permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.
Your Responsibility. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish any text, images, or other content you input into SayShow. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.
AI-Generated Content. AI-generated videos are created automatically based on your input. SayShow does not pre-screen, monitor, or claim ownership over AI outputs. However, if you input copyrighted material (such as novels, books, articles, or third-party text/images) without authorization, you may be liable for copyright infringement. SayShow is a tool provider, not a publisher — you assume all legal responsibility for the content you create.
DMCA. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, contact us at copyright@sayshow.tv with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the allegedly infringing content on SayShow, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief. We will promptly investigate and remove infringing content.
Paid features are billed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play). Subscription terms, including auto-renewal and cancellation, are disclosed at the point of purchase. All sales are final unless required by applicable law.
SayShow and its branding are owned by us. You retain rights to your original input. AI-generated output is licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You grant SayShow a non-exclusive license to display your public content on the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including issues with AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
