• Account information: email address, username, and hashed password
• Content you create: AI-generated videos, text prompts, scripts, and images
• Usage data: app interactions (likes, follows, saves, views), device information, and analytics data via Firebase
• Device data: device model, OS version, unique device identifiers for push notifications

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used to:

• Operate and provide the SayShow platform and AI generation services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send push notifications (when enabled)
• Improve and personalize the product experience
• Debug and fix technical issues

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including hashed passwords, HTTPS-only communication, and access controls. Data retention: account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, and other AI service providers receive your prompts for video and content generation
• Firebase: Google Firebase for push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting
• Payment: Apple App Store (StoreKit) and Google Play (Play Billing) process payments

These providers receive only the minimum data necessary to perform their functions and are subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Export: Download your data in a portable format (Article 20)
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Withdraw Consent: Revoke your consent for data processing at any time
• Exercise these rights through the app Settings or by emailing us

6. Children's Privacy

SayShow is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
